Terms of Service
Last updated: September 16, 2025
BessieAI is a request qualification layer for aviation charter operators and brokers. It collects inbound request details through a conversational interface, validates and normalizes inputs, and delivers a structured request summary to you.
BessieAI does not act as a broker or operator, does not arrange travel, and does not guarantee lead quality, conversion, or booking outcomes. Email is a delivery channel — not the product.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be legally able to operate your business in your jurisdiction.
- You may use the Service only for lawful commercial purposes related to charter operations.
- Each subscription is tied to an Allowed Domain.
- You are responsible for keeping management links, credentials, and inbox access secure.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without written permission.
We may suspend access if the Service is used from an unauthorized domain or in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including aviation, consumer, and data protection obligations. You are also responsible for client communication, pricing, and any contractual relationship with end users.
You acknowledge request data is user-submitted and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. If a detail can’t be provided, BessieAI may mark it as TBD.
BessieAI processes request data solely to collect, structure, and deliver the request summary to you, and to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell request data.
Details on processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery within a specific time frame, or compatibility with every browser, device, or third-party system.
Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party outages may result in temporary unavailability.
- No spam, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- No interference with security, infrastructure, or normal operation.
- No bypassing domain restrictions or authorization controls.
- No unlawful or fraudulent use.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are not provided for unused time except where required by law.
Failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
BessieAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, software, and related materials. You retain ownership of your business data and request content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of user-provided information. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BessieAI will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data or requests, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold BessieAI harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your dealings with end users, or your violation of applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Belgian courts.
